Chobe National Park, Botswana

One day was a trip up the Chobe River in Botswana for animal viewing followed by a game drive through Chobe National Park.

Sindabezi Island, Zambia

After leaving Cape Town, we mad our way to Sindabezi Island on the Zambezi river between Zimbabwe and Zambia. We spent the evenings in our wall-less huts over-hanging the water of the mighty river where we were serenated by hippos. We had the island to ourselves with a fantastic staff to cook, serve cocktails and ferry us the 5 km back to the main land in the morning. And there was no electricity...

Sorry for the delay. When you don't have electricity, you definitely don't have internet.

Table Mountain

Our first adventure was up the gondola to Table Mountain. The view is from above Cape Town. The doughnut is the soccer stadium built for the World Cup.
